You agree to cooperate fully with any such verification process by providing requested documentation, which may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
tay365 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed on the Platform's cashier page.
All funds deposited into your tay365 Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. tay365 reserves the right to return funds to the source payment method if a third-party deposit is detected.

Funds held in your tay365 Account do not accrue interest. tay365 holds Player funds in accordance with PAGCOR requirements for the protection of Player balances.
tay365 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.
Bonuses are credited to your Account in accordance with the applicable promotion terms. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met. Winnings generated from bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements may be subject to forfeiture if the Account is closed or the bonus is cancelled.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tay365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
tay365's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your tay365 Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
tay365 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninter rupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. tay365 shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime, technical failures, or interruptions to internet connectivity beyond our reasonable control.

Upon termination of your Account for reasons attributable to your breach of these Terms, tay365 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, where permitted by applicable law and PAGCOR regulations, any real-money balances associated with prohibited conduct. Where termination is not due to your breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting tay365 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the resolution of any pending transactions or verification procedures.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
tay365 operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be submitted to tay365's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our customer support team.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process within thirty (30) days of submission, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism or seek resolution through the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes.
You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to your use of the tay365 Platform must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or be forever barred.
tay365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, tay365 will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform.
The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the tay365 Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
